(1) Application and Optimization of Natural Plant Fibers
Main Choices:Wood pulp (cellulose fiber), cotton, and bamboo fiber are the three main options.
Refining Technology:Fibers are refined through physical or chemical methods to improve softness and skin-friendliness.
Fiber Blending:Natural fibers of different lengths and fineness are scientifically blended to balance softness, strength, and absorbency.
(2) Breakthroughs in Bio-based Synthetic Fibers
Polylactic Acid (PLA): This is currently the most important research direction. PLA is derived from the starch of plants such as corn and cassava, making it a true bio-based polymer.
Polymerization Technology: Plant sugars are fermented into lactic acid, which is then polymerized into PLA particles. The quality of this process directly affects the molecular weight and performance of PLA.

(3) Nonwoven Fabric Forming Process
Hydroentangling (Hydraulic) Process: This is the most widely used forming process for wet wipes. High-pressure micro water jets are sprayed onto the fiber web, causing the fibers to entangle and form a soft, lint-free, and high-strength nonwoven fabric.
Its main advantage is that it does not use chemical adhesives, making it more environmentally friendly.
