We have advanced wipes production purification workshops, including Purified water (EDI purified pure water) treatment system, wet wipes production line workshop, advanced Quality Control, R&D Center, advanced and complete wet wipes production process. And our factory production line scale for wet wipes, including several sets of three side seal single piece wet wipe production machine, four side seal single piece production machines, 5-10pcs mini pack wipes production lines, 5-40pcs portable pack wet wipes machines, 40-200pcs big pack wipes production lines and canister wipes. Till now our wet wipes has been certified by ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, US FDA, MDR CE, BSCI, GMPC and other certificates.
Many countries especial of west European countries, such as United Kingdom, USA, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, control the plastic products using strictly step by step, because of the plastic products non-biodegradable, it cause the environment serious damaged. Joy Crown biodegradable wet wipes are designed and developed under this situation, and are gradually replacing traditional wet wipes, which are made by PP non woven materials. Our biodegradable wet wipes materials are mainly made of 100% bamboo fibers, or wood pulp and viscose mixed materials. These materials can be degraded in the soil within 3 months after use, minimizing the impact and damage to the environment. Currently, our biodegradable wet wipes mainly include 100% bamboo fiber Biodegradable Bamboo Wet Wipes, 25% viscose + 75% wood pulp Biodegradable Generic Wet Wipes, and Flushable Wet Wipes. They are mainly exported to UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand from 2022. With the implementation of plastic bans in various countries, the use of our biodegradable wet wipes will gradually become popular.

Our products have received key accreditations such as TÜV Austria's OK compost INDUSTRIAL and OK compost HOME certifications. These scientifically confirm that our wipes can completely biodegrade within a specified period under defined conditions, ultimately turning into water and carbon dioxide, returning safely to the natural cycle and leaving no microplastic residues.

The plant fiber raw materials we use (such as wood pulp and organic cotton) are sourced from sustainably managed forests and farms that hold FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC™ (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certifications.
